"Chip Chop" Steven Gonzales

I have been a consistently full time working DJ with club experience for over 10 years. I have played all over NYC and have an uncanny ability to play for just about any crowd. My most recent performances have been at Studio, Mars 2112, LOVE, Splash, Aer, Deep, Avalon, Warehouse, Escuelita, The Battle Balls (Jack and Selvin), Quo, Hiro, APT, Hammerstein Ballroom, and Virgin Music Mega Store to name a few. I have played in over 10 different states as well as Germany, Iceland, Japan, Canada, Australia, Ibiza, Spain.

I have over 15 years of radio experience. B91 (Brooklyn University), 91.5 FM/Channel 25 WNYE, 103.5 FM, WKTU (NY, NJ), Party 105FM, WXXP (Long Island), Planet Radio (Germany). I play all styles of House and Top 40 and am heard all throughout the week. I have an extremely extensive music library consisting of House (tribal, progressive, vocal, mash ups, trance and top 40), Hip Hop/R & B, (old and new) and Classics (disco and house).

I am also a producer and engineer with over 50 productions and remixes to date. I have recently done mixes for Willi Ninja, Destiny's Child, Ciara, and Harmonica Sunbeam. I have produced all 3 of Harmonica Sunbeam songs. Being both a club and radio DJ has given me excellent relations with many record companies as well as celebrity singers, dancers, musicians and performers all whom are loyal Chip Chop fans.
